Staveley Dairy Factory Seismic Strengthening & Extension to create a new Wedding Venue. Seismic Strengthening of the 1916 Dairy Factory Structure and Structural design of the new timber framed Amenity extension and wrap around verandah roof Project was carried out by Lysaght & Associates together with construction monitoring inspections. Hakatere Huts, Ashburton River Mouth - Re-Use of Roof to Existing earthquake damaged blockwall changing room into a covered picnic area for the Ashburton District Council. Lysaght & Associates undertook design of a new galvanised steel framed structure to support the existing timber roof and new foundations for the columns.

Ashburton Aviation Museum Extension, Ashburton Airport. Lysaght & Associates designed this 2400 square metre extension between the two existing Museum Hangers that also includes a large aircraft display area, new reception area, kitchen, toilets and a mezzanine floor. Construction monitoring of the build was also undertaken.

Lysaght & Associates Structurally Designed this Pole Shed type Structure which will house Agricultural & Trades Classrooms and an open area for building Tiny Houses. There are two new glasshouses and raised beds for planting adjacent the building.

Methven & Rakaia War Memorial Seismic & Condition Assessments. Lysaght & Associates were engaged by Ashburton District Council to undertake condition and Seismic Assessments of these two War memorials and to provide reports on them.

Rakaia Salmon Sculpture Removal for Refurbishment . Lysaght & Associates were engaged by Ashburton District Council and were responsible for designing and certifying the new lifting pipe attachment at the top of the sculpture and for designing a new bolted flange connection just below its tail to enable it to be re-installed and removed again in the future with ease.

Lysaght & Associates structurally designed two steel framed buildings, one for a health spa and office, the other for a large retail use. We also carried out a Geotechnical Site Investigation of the site. Project to commence onsite in 2026.

Lysaght & Associates designed The cathedral roof structure for the outdoor living area and lounge and lintels to support the brickwork over some large openings. The result is stunning.
